Featuring small class sizes and no tests or worksheets, we think the Summer Academic Program will spark your students' curiosity, while also allowing them to play games, get outside, and hang with friends. Through the Volunteers in Partnership Program, 360 volunteers have supported our classrooms this school year.
With a camp-like feel, the Summer Academic Program for elementary and middle school students features small class sizes and no tests or worksheets. This opportunity will spark your student's curiosity, while also allowing them to play games, get outside, and hang with friends.
What happens when a family member lives too far away to see their student’s artwork on display? What if they aren’t available to attend an in-person event? The solution came in the form of a districtwide virtual art show.
Kevin Berdine, Kristen Moon and Pat Kelly have been chosen to participate in side-by-side rehearsals and performances alongside Minnesota Orchestra musicians.
All families with students enrolled in Rdale schools must fill out the bus transportation survey for the 2024-25 school year. The survey must be completed for each student by Monday, May 20.
The Minnesota Comprehensive Assessments (MCA) are state tests in reading, mathematics, and science that are used to meet federal and state legislative requirements.
The 2024 MCA schedule is as follows:
- March 19-20: Science (5th Grade only)
- April 16-17: Reading (Grades 3-5)
- April 23-24: Math (Grades 3-5)

The school board would like to invite representative stakeholders from across the district to provide additional feedback on the finalists during Round 2 interviews on April 11, 2024.
Attendees can experience American Indian culture, learn more about the importance of powwows, and enjoy a meal of fry bread tacos.
